Position Summary

Federal Data Cyber is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to reviews and evaluate software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements; Develops and conducts related tests and certificates of analysis. 
  • Liaisons with external suppliers, external vendors, contractors or suppliers to meet quality standards and provide advanced solutions to any quality issues regarding products or services  
  • Documents the quality testing process; Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process.. 
  • Contributes and provides guidance on the completion of advanced quality assurance projects; Designs and contributes to the performance of advanced quality assurance tests and creates certificates of analysis. 
  • Implements and provides advanced guidance with implementing the quality standards and the execution of compliance on every stage of the process; Identifies advanced potential risks and compliance issues and provides innovative solutions. 
  • Develops and implements advanced quality assurance strategies and regulations. 
  • Provides guidance for the quality trainings and the quality testing documentation process; May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. 

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.  
  • Required Security Clearance:  
  • Education/Experience 

- HSD/GED+12yrs 

- Associates+10yrs 

- Bachelors+8yrs 

- Masters+6yrs 

- PhD+4yrs 

- Relevant professional certifications will be considered equivalent to six (6) months of relevant experience 

  • Certified IAW DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II Baseline Certification and DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M Computing Environment by the contract start date.

Working Conditions: 

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. 

 

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: 

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
