Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. (ISR) The ISR will enter, track, and update sales opportunities in Sales Force. This position will also work with account managers, sales management, OEM and Distribution Partners to generate best value proposals to our clients. The ISR will also actively track both open opportunities and orders in process and provide regular status updates. This position must work well both as part of the team, and also ensure their individual tasks are completed within internal and external customer deadlines.

Essential Job Functions

  • Enter new opportunities in Sales Force and also update as new information is available.
  • Work with OEMs and Distributors to secure best pricing.
  • Complete price quotes for end users and bids to purchasing/contracting personnel.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and OEMs.
  • Track status of opportunities and update management, Sales Force, and Customers.
  • Assist with generating status reports.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Must have 1-5 Years of experience in project management/support. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 1-5 years of experience with supporting internal and external Customers. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 1-5 years of experience problem solving to ensure client relationships are maintained.
  • May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be proficient in common IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Pay Scale:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $36.06 p/h - $38.46 p/h

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).

 

Working Conditions:

Work is hybrid-based work from home availability along with a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

 

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

 

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
